Wall Street Exec Named as Chair of National Woman's Business Council (Press Release)

President Obama plans to appoint a Wall Street executive as the chairperson of the National Woman's Business Council, the federal government's independent voice for women business owners.  Carla Harris, vice chairman of global wealth management, managing director and senior client advisor for Morgan Stanley, is slated to take the role according to the Kansas City Business Journal report.
