Providing Resources
Our goal is to be accessible to women of all socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds in the Kansas City region, with a variety of programs and services to enhance personal, professional and financial success. The organizations attached to this alliance can assist with employment preparation, self-employment through entrepreneurship, business growth and access to capital for your business. Educational courses, workshops and seminars, one-on-one counseling, networking, mentoring and referrals to additional community resources may be available to our clients.
Serving Women in the Kansas City Region
OneKC for Women is an alliance of the Women’s Employment Network, Women’s Business Center, Women’s Capital Connection, and Women Lead Initiative, all with the same mission and common theme of providing the resources women in our community need to assist them in their economic self-sufficiency. Serving women of all socioeconomic backgrounds and experiences, we provide our clients many options.
Options include education, training, workshops, seminars, one-on-one counseling, mentoring and case management. No matter how you learn about one of the organizations in this alliance, our goal is to help you assess your options, desires, interests, abilities, capabilities, and eliminate barriers (real or perceived) to help you in your journey to financial self-sufficiency. We support YOU in what your idea of success is.
