2025 Impact Highlights
- More than 1,000 women served through employment and financial programs
- Average full-time wage of $22 per hour
- Over 207 employment referrals to Kansas City employers
- 81 employers and more than 500 job seekers connected through May and October Job Fairs
- 244 volunteer hours contributed by corporate and community partners
- 120 clients attended employer presentations
- 225 mock interviews and resumes completed
The women served by WEN range in age from 18 to 65. More than half identify as women of color, and three out of four are single heads of household. Each woman arrives with unique challenges and shared determination to build financial stability for herself and her family.
