LaunchU Spring 2024 (Registration for 8-Week Course)

March 11-April 29, 2024 at 6 pm

Tickets starting at $75.00

LaunchU is used in over 100 U.S. locations to help entrepreneurs start and grow businesses — even with little or no business background.

LaunchU is used in over 100 locations across the U.S. to help entrepreneurs start and grow their business, even when they have little or no business background.

With LaunchU, you will develop a start-up plan that will help you not only start but SUCCEED in business.


THE 8-WEEK COURSE WILL:

  • give you a specific roadmap for starting a business
  • expose you to subject matter experts such as accountants, lawyers, marketing experts & more
  • challenge you to define and be prepared for the best and worst
  • help position you to fund your business help you develop the network of resources and peers a business owner needs

- MONDAYS from 6 to 9PM on

  • March 11th, 18th, and 25th
  • April 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd and 29th
  • Lectures led by WBC Facilitator
  • Participants will meet with their coach to get assistance in small groups.

- COST: $75


IN PERSON

To participate in-person, we are encouraging vaccinations, but they are not required. We will continue implementing other important COVID-19 safety protocols as needed.

Kim Randolph - Principal/CEO of INC U LLC, JV Partner at KWAMEkc and CEO/President Heartland Black Chamber of Commerce

Kim is a natural born entrepreneur/mentor and has guided businesses into success! INC U LLC was originally a company designed to help those who want to become entrepreneurs. She worked to develop, launch, maintain, and grow businesses. She has worked with multi-million-dollar corporations in C-Level management creating business development solutions that increase profits and streamline operations.

Kim created INC-U because she believes, “everyone has the ability to succeed and lead using their God given gifts and talents.”

In the four years as CEO/President of Heartland Black Chamber, Kim has increase membership, partnership, and sponsorship by 68% and has launched several successful programs: ENCORE a 1:1 business coaching program to assist in the recovery, re-opening, and stabilization of small local black businesses, (HYPE) Heartland Young Professional Empowerment program, the leadership development program to prepare the next generation of leaders; and the co-founding of Professional Women of Color (PWOC) bringing women entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs together quarterly to network and collaborate.

As the Chief Operations Officer in warehouse distribution, she obtained, negotiated, and maintained the companies GSA multi-awards schedule. As the Director of Operations, she has developed and spearheaded the startup of pilot offices across the US.

Kim is a proud UMKC Bloch School Alumni, 2015 graduate of UMKC’s E-Scholar program through the Regnier Institute for Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
